General Rules: 

All exhibits will be located at the Cultural Hall (white building south of Hooper Park)

  1. Entries accepted Saturday, August 31, 2024 from 4:00 P.M. - 5:30 P.M.
  2. Judging will take place at 5:30 P.M. Saturday
  3. All exhibits completed within the last year & exhibitor's work.
  4. Only 1 entry per category will be judged, ribbons must stay with exhibit.
  5. Additional entries will be for display only and will not be judged.
  6. Exhibits must stay until Monday and be picked up between 3:00 - 4:00 P.M. 
    Payment for ribbons will be paid at that time. 
    Any items not picked up can be picked up at the Hooper City Office Monday - Thursday 9:00 - 5:00 p.m.
  7. Entries will be judged according to workmanship.

All flowers accepted, flowers to be
judged on balance, scale, color, selection, condition and presentation.

Baked Goods

  • Breads (1 loaf any variety)
  • Cakes (un-iced)
  • Cakes (decorated)

At least 6 of the following per entry

  • Muffins
  • Biscuits

  • Cookies or Candy

 

Produce Exhibitor Information

General Rules:

All exhibits will be located in the Cultural Hall (White building south of Hooper Park)

  1. Entries accepted Saturday, August 31, 2024, from 4:00 P.M. - 5:30 P.M.
  2. Judging will take place at 5:30 P.M. Saturday
  3. Entries must be grown by the exhibitor.
  4. All produce should be firm, market maturity, clean, fresh and exhibited in an attractive way.  Should be free from soil, fibrous roots and tops removed.
  5. "Largest Specimen" entry can not be used in other classes.
  6. Only one entry per category per exhibitor
  7. Payment for ribbons will be given on Monday from 3:00 - 4:00 p.m.  Produce left after that hour will be discarded
