Hooper City

Business Licenses

Before you conduct business in Hooper City you must first be registered with the State of Utah. After completing the online registration process, you will receive all of the necessary licenses and account numbers for your business and then you can apply for a business license with Hooper City.

Fire, Health and Safety Inspection: A fire, health and/or safety inspection is required on all new commercial businesses and all day-cares and preschools.  Inspections may also be required on a home occupation that may use hazardous or combustible materials.  A business license approval may also require approvals from a variety of agencies such as the Weber-Morgan Health Department, Utah Department of Agriculture, and the Utah Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing.

License Renewals:

Business licenses must be renewed annually. Business license renewals for Commercial and Home Occupation businesses can be completed by calling the Business Licensing Office. (801-732-1064 ext 102)
